Just Desserts

Just Desserts
(limerick prompt from Mad Kane’s Humor Page)
Other chefs were compelled to bow low
To his genius with ragout or dough;
When his cakes all deflated
And he was berated
Chef Henry was forced to eat crow.

That is such a great limerick.

Poor chef...we all have failures in the kitchen.

Don't you hate how those feathers get stuck in your teeth? I know by experience! Great limerick.
I've also tagged you for a photo meme--ONLY if you care to particpate.
Have a great Tuesday, Phyllis.

I like the limerick philosophy--hit and run almost. Ha ha. It would hurt but, fortunately this time, it doesn't apply. Nobody would ever call me a good cook--least of all me. Poor Henry though...
