Evergreen is a great choice. The redwood trees are so beautiful that I wish them a long life. In Australia I saw these giants for the first time. I really hope that there aren't any of them destroyed by the bush fires. Thanks for sharing! And thank you for your visit. We all try to speak foreign languages from time to time and even if we make mistakes we cannot stop doing that. Mind, that the examples I showed, were all written messages.

Awwwwwwwwwww. Your grandson is so sweet : ). How wonderful to have just graduated. I remember feeling like I was ready to conquer the world when I graduated from college. Growing up is such a difficult, yet thrilling, thing, isn't it?

One of the more interesting - and peaceful - places we visited last time we were in California, was Muir Woods. Those trees are incredible, and seem to create their own bubble of quiet and calm.
Such beautiful, majestic trees. The thought of them makes me feel very small.

Oh..great selection...I love the evergreens that we have in our yard. They provide great cover for the birds who visit the feeders...I have to sign in with my blogger account as you don't allow any other options.
